If we are currently having issues in execution, this book gives comprehensive methodology to get back the execution on track. I have personally followed some of the techniques that have been given in this and they have produced results too.Most of the time we have tendency to look at the results and worry and want to improve results. But we never think about the key areas that can bring back our results. This book teaches how to make every one involved in the work process responsible for the results by identifying the lead measures.Overall a good book to read if we want to improve our execution engine. This is my kind if book. Short and to the point and well structured. The book explains an approach to implement strategy that has 4 parts to it:1. Identify a wildly impressive goal within the daily whirlwind of clutter if things you just "have" to do.2. Focus on lead measures to achieve this (we often focus on lags only)3. Develop a scorecard to track progress and all can see what is happening4. Introduce a cadence of accountability I,e, weekly project meetings that are focused only on the scoreboard. This is definitively worth a try
