I read this in one sitting. It was good and steamy, but not very descriptive. Phillip and Francesca story was good. Phillip has a duty to marry Francesca. He had no idea her would really fall for her. Francesca always did what she was told eventhough her father was horrible. This is her first season and she has every intention of making it a memoraable one. This could have been so much better. I'm embarrassed to say that I read about 2/3 of this book. I know it says "historical regency romance novella" as part of the synopsis, but I must be really naive, thinking they meant "romantic", not "romance". I thought things were a little more "spicy" leading up to the part where I promptly deleted this book off my Kindle, but I didn't think it would go that far. It did.I like CLEAN romantic novels, and if you do too, this is NOT the book for you! 1 star.
