About book A Song Of Ice And Fire (2011)

I've spent the best part of the last year reading these books, and the subsequent three, and then re-reading, with equal enthusiasm. I realise they're not everyone's cup of tea (I thought I'd hate them), but for me, I thought they were all amazing. Now if only the TV series weren't doing everything possible to ruin it for those of us who think the books rule, and the show is, at best, OK. George, what are you doing??!! Wow. I was addicted to this. However, my family was concerned that I was retreating from my life with them during my debauched emersion in this series. Reading in the morning, reading most of the night, reading prone on my bed all weekend. I turned into my sloth self at 12. I was dreading my mom coming into my room to make me go outside to play. I gained 5 lbs from lying around and reading. I had no stomach muscles left by the end of the last book. I have had to start an exercise routine to get back in shape. That being said, I can’t wait for the next book in the series!

Do You like book A Song Of Ice And Fire (2011)?

I could not get myself to finish this book. The show is great, the book not so much.
