The story was just okay to me. A harmless little romance to kill some time. It has a nice charming cover so I hoped the story was the same. I just had a hard time with a lot of the characters and the way some of the things in this story were handled. Ex:the heroine has a chance to confront someone who uses her but hero steals the moment from her. Confrontation should have been used since this situation is mentioned time and time again in the book. Instead it was just another blah moment leaving me scratch my head. I have a couple more of the authors books and I hope they are better than this so-so tale. So cute! A man, Dan Egan, comes to Apple Grove to get over his ex-fiancee and his ex-best friend. He has a house, and a job as the new gym teacher and varsity soccer coach, but when he catches Meg as she is falling off of a fench, his world starts to spin. Meg is the oldes of the Mulcahy sisters. She and her sisters keep the family's handyman business going, and going strong. She is confident and strong, but bruised from Jimmy running out on her for the city life. A great! story filled with tons of humor. I was laughing the whole time, espically at Miss Trudi, Dan's 80 year old great-aunt(what a whoot!). I'm pertty sure I could read this agaig, and again and still keep laughing. This book deffantly kept up with the authors reputation of humor and romance.
