About book: This book, though good, was to say a second book. It was lacking the same finesse of Anna Dressed in Blood, but that was mostly because it was largely missing Anna. I found that mostly there was no point to this book. Almost nothing was accomplished and i could have lived without it. Cas Lowood goes in search of Anna, the ghost girl of his dreams. He gets people killed in the process. He is a brooding, angsty teenager. Cas's mind is solely focused on Anna. Anna is trapped in Hell fighting the demon that killed Cas's father. Anna is dying over and over every day. There is no escape for her. Cas knows that, but it doesn't stop him from trying. Cas finally finds Anna and together they kill the demon, but Anna gets left behind when Cas escapes. The End. Nothing happened. Cas pretended to have some resolution by seeing Anna one last time. He could have saved her. He didn't. The end. I really enjoyed the first book and this book was a bit of a letdown for me. I felt that so much of the book focused on getting Anna back and than the ending just fell flat to me. I really enjoyed Cas and his relationship with his friends, Thomas and Carmela and their dynamics together. I wish we could have seen more of them fighting off different ghosts. The ending where they went to London was interesting, but that ending, ugh just didn't do it for me. 3.75 out of 5 stars

Wrapped up well! It was nice to see Anna at peace and Cas's dad situation resolved.
