I loved this book!The chemistry between the two main characters was awesome and full of fire. Kat and Pete were just one of the greatest couples I've ever read a story about. There was a past, a whole lot of feelings and a possible future.The thriller story was also very exciting and I really enjoyed it. :) Elisabeth Naughton knows how to keep her readers at the pages! :)*** German Review ***Nachdem ich das erste Buch von Elisabeth Naughton gelesen habe, wollte ich unbedingt das zweite Buch lesen.Handlungstechnisch ist dieses Buch genauso spannend wie sein Vorgänger. Die Geschichte ist rasant, spannend, kurzweilig und lässt den Leser richtig mit den Protagonisten mitfiebern.Die Mischung aus Thriller und heißer Liebesgeschichte ist genau richtig. Die Chemie zwischen Kat und Pete ist fast greifbar und die Autorin hat ein paar richtige heiße Szenen auf Lager. Mir haben die Charaktere fast besser gefallen als die aus dem ersten Band. Peter ist ein wunderbarer Charakter, dessen Entwicklung der Leser wunderbar verfolgen kann. Ähnlich ist es bei Kat. Beide stehen für das ein, woran sie glauben und vor allem für ihre Liebe.Ich habe diesen Roman regelrecht verschlungen. Er verspricht kurzweilige Unterhaltung für einen Nachmittag auf der Couch und verdient alleine schon für seinen Unterhaltungswert 4 Sterne! After 6 years, she can’t hide as a dead woman anymore and something makes her come out, even though she knows those people looking for her will find out and come after her again.Both main characters, Kat and Pete, are people who are trying to stay alive and also can’t help but have those old feelings come back. Pete is furious that Kat was hiding all those years, understandably. Both are multi-dimensional characters that come together beautifully. There are some characters from Stolen Fury who are revisited in Stolen Heat and I thought that was great.Stolen Heat is an awesome combination of deadly suspense, edgy action and a wonderful romance with characters that you’ll laugh, cry and yell with. I had a great time reading it and I’m definitely looking forward to more of Ms. Naughton’s books.
