Excellent short story, the title was almost a turn off for me. Hooker is a rugby position, Tom sees Fern in a bar as his team relaxes after a match. Fern was stood up and just about to leave when Tom starts a conversation. They are both smitten and end up leaving together.I really enjoy Mina Carter's books, sexy males who take care of the ladies and who show respect and concern.This was a wonderful free read. This author has so much potential but the use of it wasn't done here. In a short time you'll like the characters, they're charming and real. But this is the story: Girl's at bar, boy gets to bar, boy meets girl, boy talks girl into going to his place to heat up the sheets, girl agrees, they do the deed once in the story but all night according to the narration, they do it the next morning in the shower and agree to a LTR. The End.I'll be reading the next books in the series because she writes well and can make you see the characters, I just wish there was more.
