About book La Princesse Au Bois D’argent (2013)

I have not read the other books of this series, at least not yet, but be that as it may, i thoroughly enjoyed this book. I found the hero a blundering, loveable oaf, and the Heroin admirable. The plot was interesting, and thought i often felt like i was missing some vital piece of information, i picked my way though the book well enough. 12 Dancing Princesses will always and forever be my favorite fairy tale, and as such, this one had an easy job of pleasing me. I have actually read this twice. Once on it's own, then I re-read the trilogy(Princess of the Midnight Ball, Princess of Glass, Princess of the Silver Woods) I love this author! I love the characters especially Petunia & Oliver in this book. If you want an engaging book to read then this is it. I love how George weaves the tale of The 12 Dancing Princesses into 3 books concluding with the youngest 10 years later in this book. Well developed and endearing characters as well as nasty villains. A fearless, feisty heroine with the strength to break the curse and save her sisters. I just love this story.
