I liked it. I liked it despite the huge age disparity - and it was huge. I liked it despite the utter stupidity of the band members. Holy cow! It was obvious she was a girl. She talked like a girl, acted like a girl. How do you miss that?! I liked it despite Marcus' penchant for acting like a tween instead of a 30-something man. I liked it despite the huge amount of infodumping at the beginning. Thankfully, once it got to the meat of the story, that happened a lot less. Reading the description of this book I didn't even think that the book could be roughly based off of Twelfth Night or as many people know a mash up version of the story today; She's The Man. I always have loved the "Gender Bender" series when it comes to Manga's and seeing it in a writing and super easy to read form seemed awesome. I didn't go in expecting to recognize the plot line so completely but I was still able to enjoy the book, given I am already a huge fan of Twelfth Night. Simple read for a easy entertainment.
