Endlich ein Lichtblick. Ich hatte schon befürchtet, dass ich mich nach dem Mangastapel selbst in Frage stellen muss, indem ich nachforsche, wieso ich Mangas mal so mochte. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Serie und Band 1 ist erst diesen Oktober erschienen. Die Fortsetzung kommt Januar 2014 heraus. Unglaublich, wie lange das dauert! Die möchte ich nämlich unbedingt lesen. Warum?Nicht nur, dass die Zeichnungen einfach toll sind, nein. Ich kam mir zwischendrin so vor, als müsste ich gleich vor Überzuckerung umkippen und zur Untermalung dramatisch aufseufzen. Die Geschichte hat Potential und ich hoffe, dass dies auch entsprechend ausgeschöpft wird! Habt ihr gehört?! I admit the main reason I was excited about Love Stage!! being released in German was the fact that they're going to publish the accompanying Back Stage! as well. As it is, Love Stage!! is a cute and fun BL comedy - very light and entertaining reading. To be honest, I'd prefer it if Izumi didn't look quite as young as he does, and the first "real" kiss scene was somewhat questionable as well, but apparently the latter especially is something all the really popular BL manga can't seem to do without (seriously, though: can anyone think of a really popular BL manga (like "Junjou Romantica" or "The Tyrant who falls in love" I guess) that doesn't have a non-con scene or at least very questionable consent scene? Right now I can't, although I would like to think there are some.). Anyway, what I'm really looking forward to is Back Stage because of Rei, who, from what I've read of him, may just be my favourite kind of uke.
