It's going to be up to Frederick and his friend, a brownie named Billy Bly to keep his master's family safe.Fun, quick read. I liked how Frederick's rather ordinary skills saved the day in the face of malignant magic. (Hope I didn't just spoil anything for you there.) " SPOILER ALERT " Do you believe in magic? In this fiction book, the mystery of wizards is revealed. Frederick Lincoln's life took a wild turn when he was taken from the orphanage enforced to live under the stairs. The majority of the story takes place in the orphanage. First,Frederick gets payed for his work. Then he is forced to become a servant for a wizard. Next he created the cream for the food that would set him free.Last, he found a replacement. I was surprised when he was set free from captivity because of the awesome cream he made. I was moved by the fact that someone else was going to be a servant. I was angry about the wizard banning all magical creatures from the palace. Why did Frederick have to work as a servant? I would give this book a rating of 2 stars because i fell it lacked details and suspense. I would recommend this book to people who like magic and wizards. "Rat! what did I tell you?" This is how Frederick was spoken to and I did not like how the lord treated him.
