This is number fifteen, so I have a few to catch up on but I’m still enjoying this series. It’s as if I am revisiting old friends even though I missed a few years in their lives. Skye is a great character and I enjoyed the plot line. I couldn’t figure out who did it until I got to the end, but it’s making me want to read more. It’s fast-paced, quick read.This is a fun cozy series. #16 comes out in September and I can’t wait!FTC Disclosure: The publisher provided me with a copy of this book to review. The further in the series I go, the more I feel like I have really come to know the characters and can expect what they are going to do next. I must say, in this book, I was more interested in the development of the characters than I was the actual mystery that was playing out. Great job to Denise Swanson for making the readers feel as much a part of the town of Scumble River as the characters she created.
