About book O Voo Do Corvo (2000)

Just read Raven Flight by Juliet Marillier on my iPad and enjoyed it just as much as the first called Shadowfell. I have now downloaded the third called The Caller and already read the prologue. This series is coupled by interesting characters, smouldering love, a quest to win Alban back to its former glory and peace. Not to mention the setting is inspired by the Scottish countryside -- a Celtic high fantasy yarn. Wow.Do you see how long this took me to read? Do you see how many books I started and finished while I was 'reading' this?It was so dull. Really. Even during the Intense Bit in the middle where the author wanted us to be All Stressed Out, I was so bored and wishing I could read something else. I did love the parts about the Hag (I want to meet her!) but I most emphatically did not love the constant thinking and wondering about Neryn's love interest. She was just a little bit...obsessed. I'm hoping that this was just second-book syndrome and the third book will be as good as the first one.

Excellent as always left me wanting the next book. I am never unhappy with a pick from this author
