This book is seriously so funny! I've started reading this book in the month of January - I started my call centre job in February so wanted to know more about the job scope and just a prepping up before I officially start work at a call centre. It totally relates my working experience as a whole. The bad customers, nice ones, weird ones and demanding ones are all jam packed into this hilarious book. Wished I could write a long entry but..Overall it's a great book thats make you laugh non stop :) If I hadn't read this on my Kindle, I would have thrown the book in the trash when I finished. It was excruciating to get through -- the author just spews as many "pop culture" references as she possibly can in every sentence. Some of the references are even too dated, and every cliché figure of speech is exhausted. How can you expect this book to have any shelf life when the time element is so strong? Beyond that, half of the references aren't even what's "in" right now. I felt like the author was trying way too hard to fit in and relate to "cool" young adults but instead it just annoyed the hell out of me. I skimmed the second half and it got a little bit better in the last few chapters, but the finale/wrap-up chapter was entirely unnecessary and had as much of a let-down ending as "...and it was all just a dream."Seriously, I can't even comprehend how this made it as far as my Kindle. I am sorry to be so harsh -- the story has potential, it just needs a huge edit, and I can't believe it has made it this far without it.
