I saw this series pop up from one of the author's feeds I follow and at the time I thought what the heck I need a new book to get into and maybe something not paranormal? This was an easy read I have to say but not uneventful. I breezed through book one and saw there was a 1.5. I love how Michelle Valentine keeps us in the loop on how the relationships end up. Most readers, like me, always wonder well what happened to them after this?!?This is a nice wrap up of the story of Noel & Lane and I can't wait to see what comes next with this band of trouble. Also, then my favorite band was referenced and Michelle, now I love you even more. Boyce Avenue forever, well now Black Falcon forever...hehe. This was a very sweet novella. It was nice to see Noel's POV too. I am curious that the band was unable to contact Noel at his home due to lack of cell service and land line, however, Noel didn't seem to have any issue calling the doctor in town. I may have missed something, but if not, it's kind of annoying that the facts didn't align. I've seen quite a few editing issues in these books so far.
