About book Romeu Imortal (2012)

Romeo Montague has a chance to get out of his exile and become one of the Ambassadors by betraying the Mercenaries and to convince Ariel Dragland to fall in love with him in three days. It was no trouble for Juliet to fall in love with Ben, so that's the time restraint Romeo gets as well. Romeo is again in Dylan's body but now he has all his senses and with that he doesn't just get Ariel to fall in love with him but he falls in love with her as well. In another reality, Juliet is back in her tomb and receiving visions of Romeo becoming an Ambassador and the only one to help her is the Friar. With all these different realities, who knows the will become of Romeo and Juliet.OMG this was so much better than the first one! After reading Juliet Immortal, I had no doubt this book would blow me away! I'm glad we finally go to know Ariel and how messed up she really is because in the last book, we just got Juliet pulling memories from her. I didn't realize she was so broken. I'm glad Romeo was there to fix that and fall for her in the process. In the beginning it was so he didn't have to be in his rotting body but I love that he did that strip tease and beat up Dylan's friends to show Ariel that she means so much to him. I didn't think I was going to hear from Juliet again since she had Ben at the end of her book. I was confused as to why she was in the tomb again and it was the Friar and not Ben. All these alternate realities was a bit much but I finally caught on. I'm glad that Juliet forgave Romeo in the end, since he had a second chance to screw up the future but instead he used it to make amends and save Ariel. I'm happy for the two happy couples :)The epilogue was cute! I love that they were telling her the story of their love story. I'm sure it's not something Shakespeare would've written as one of his plays but nice to know they're living a happy life with their daughter. I kind of wish they were in the future instead because of Gemma and Ariel's mom but in the past, at least Ariel has her parents and maybe Mary is Gemma? Idk but I'm happy that this story didn't end up in a tragedy. SWEET MARY MARGARET this book was disappointing. The only part I liked was when Juliet came back in for like 3.5 secondsromeo and ariel annoyed me incessantlyand i was expecting to LIKE romeoit should had just been a ben and ariel sequelRomeo was a weak fool and Ariel, well, frankly just frightened me. She was so disturbed. There's a line how she's talking to Romeo about how he beat someone up and she's all "I LIKED WATCHING YOU BEAT HIM I WANTED TO SEE HIM BLEED" and i literally turned around in my room expecting to see her standing there with a butter knife that she had previously used to spread blood on toast. I found Romeo extremely perverted and-hearing him having had "enjoyed killing old women and children"-in the previous book, it was going to take a lot to convince me that he was an okay guy anyway.I felt like the plot was sloppily resolved-it was one of those books that takes forever to get to the worst part, bad things just keep happening until it suddenly just stops and all their problems magically disappear BECAUSE TRUE LOVE. The timeline was EXTREMELY confusing, I had no idea what was happening with the mechanics-so Juliet was alive in her tomb saved by Ben, but then she wasn't, and there were so many alternate realities and I was so confused. Honestly I love Ben and Juliet as characters at least compared to the rest because they were the most tolerable. But I knew this book was going downhill the second I just completely skimmed chapters searching desperately for anything with their names in it, looking for their couple ANYWHERE. Because I was just SO disappointed and frankly frightened by Romeo/Ariel. I was expecting to like Ariel's character from hearing about her in the first book, and I was let down completely. I feel bad for their kid because man, she is in for a doozy! I only thank all that is good that Ariel could only have one-thus saving all the possible fictional children that would have been mind-slaughtered and damaged permanently for having Ariel and Romeo as parents.Go ahead and read the first one if you'd like, but if you value your time and delicately innocent mind, DO NOT READ THIS BOOK.
