I really liked this book (stayed up WAY too late to finish it) and both of the MCs: two men with strong personas coming together and overcoming their weaknesses. There was something about the D/s relationship that didn't completely work for me. There were subtle signs that Cosmo's submission was more than just physical but it is the exploration of the psychological aspects of submission that always fascinate me and that was missing here a bit. Also, although I loved Cosmo's character, I din't always find it believable. But, overall, a great read. This was was very hot, lightweight BDSM story. Cosmo is the punky street kid who lives off the government while pursuing his music career. He meets Alasdair in a job interview that he purposefully screws up to avoid having to work a real job. The rest of the story somewhat resembles the Pretty Woman theme only with men and whips and ropes! There were a few surprises in each characters background. And the guys had great chemistry.Very yummy book!
