A 700 year old witch still on probation due to transgressions as a novice witch-- in love with a vampire. What more could you ask for? Demons? Ghosts and a whole cast of characters, including a really foul smelling critter that has a name but no mention of what he actually is! Its a fun read with a darker evil side to face but the descriptions are fantastic and it actually has a good plot. A read to enjoy type of book! I purchased this book for my kindle about a year ago on the referral of a friend. Then I got busy and never opened until a week ago someone told me she had viscious rabbit slippers named fluff and puff. I love quarky books with real or stuffed animals featured in them especially if they talk. So imagine my surprise when I found out that this book is exactly that, a quarky mystery with viscious rabbit slippers that chatter owned by a witch whose been banished whom also has a sexy vampire ex-lover. Oh and I forgot to mention that she has a hot car that came with a ghost of a stepford wife. It was pretty much a great read. And if all that's not enough we have the same catch phrase "Because I say so, damn it" loved that I smiled every time I read it.
Love this series! Jazz is too much fun.
