About book Should've Been A Cowboy (2011)

Alex Keller, now a part of Last Chance Ranch as marketing director, still remembers last August with Tyler O'Connelli with extreme fondness. Alex is trying to move on from the past yet memories of Tyler remain. Tyler O'Connelli also remembers steamy night of passion with Alex Keller and doesn't think she'll ever see him again boy was she ever wrong. Tyler is visiting her sister Morgan not expecting to run into Alex, who happens to fill out a pair of jean just fine, stunned speechless at the sight. Tyler is rethinking her visit but nixes the idea right away. Alex learns that his entertainment for the open house has fallen through and two tents short of his order. He needs to find suitable replacements or other ideas since it looks like rain. Tyler comes to Alex's rescue with ideas to make open house a success. The undeniable heat and chemistry between Alex and Tyler gets even hotter than they both remember. Tyler is unwilling to give up her dreams for an uncertain future with Alex or so Alex believes. Will the open house be a success? What other surprises are in store for Last Chance Ranch? Can either Tyler and Alex admit their feelings? Your answers await you in Should've Been a Cowboy.I love how each book builds on the last one! Alex has transformed into a cowboy since last book and yummy one at that. Tyler doesn't dream of marriage and babies like her sister Morgan does. Tyler has her life planned out. Alex is commitment shy since his marriage ended in divorce. I was glad that Tyler and Alex automatically end up being a couple right off the bat that would have ruined the story for me. I look forward to my next Sons of Chance adventure. I would have given this 4 stars but I listened to it on audio and the narrator was sooooooooooooo bad. Mispronunciations (bedraggled pronounced BED-raggled several times), horrible southern accents (hello, they are in Wyoming), and bad pacing (a comma is a pause not a stop) made this just too bad to bear. That's a shame because I liked the actually story. It's a shame when a bad narrator happens to a good story.

Do You like book Should've Been A Cowboy (2011)?

Although not a Chance, Alex's story was perfect. Tyler is his perfect match.

Not nearly as good as the first 3. But it was still ok.
