About book Sora's Quest (2012)

*Spoiler alert*I admit in the beginning Sora was really annoying. She seemed like a little girl running away from home and her responsibilities. Making rash decisions etc. I was also shocked when she didn't have much of a reaction when her father was attacked. Like, I know you hate him, but he's your father? She just thought of herself and took that chance to run away. Anyways, after a few days spending with the assassin and the Wolfies, she seemed to become more mature and less irritating. By the end of the book, she was like a whole new, mature and strong person which made me really proud :D I loooovee characters like Crash! And the hate-then-love romance type of thing is my absolute favourite! Even though they didn't do anything or admit it. Yet. Haha ;D there was a quote from him that I really liked.“Guilt is an illusion, a way of lingering on the past. You can't change what happened.”This basically sums up Crash's character in one quote The book was a bit slow to begin with. Lot of inner monologue going on by Sora for the most part of the book. I tend to get bored with lengthy inner monologues by characters. However, the story soon picked up and it kept my attention making me want to continue with the series. I definitely enjoyed the book and reading about the various characters and a world full of different races. Sora and Crash are definitely interesting characters. I am curious to see how their relationship develops. Crash is very complex and intriguing. Sora came across a right mix of a main female character.
