About book Ten Out Of Ten (2009)

The Princess Diaries series is always my fallback when I need something sweet and easy to read, but somehow I'd never gotten to the end of it. I read Forever Princess in one sitting, and while the ending was more full of cheese than a dairy, it felt like a wonderful full-circle for Mia, who I guess I've kind of gone through adolescence with. I closed the book feeling really happy, satisfied, and kind of reassured. I think Cabot does an amazing job of really capturing Mia's age in each respective book, which isn't something I think is done convincingly very often - it's probably the series' greatest strength, in terms of really connecting with the reader.(I'll try and write something more coherent when I'm not so tired) I've read a LOT of Meg Cabot books but I've got to say this, was one probably is my favorite. Mia has matured a lot since the first book. In the beginning she seemed a bit whiny and unconfident, but now she's become a capable woman. That doesn't mean she doesn't still do some Mia-esque mess up, she certainly does. Unlike many, MANY series I've read, this one ends satisfyingly without feeling drawn out. That being said, I was very excited to read Ranson my heart,Mia's senior writing project that Meg Cabot turned into a full length novel (with proceeds going to Greenpeace- just like Mia would've wanted). 2015 Meg Cabot is releasing two new Mia Thermopolis related book. One for adults all about Mia and her life after high school, and one for middle school readers about Mia's previously unknown half sister. I'm really excited that I'll have something new to read in the Mia Thermpolis world (I've already read the princess diaries twice - I'm a big fan and a sucker for nostalgia). Anyways if you've read the previous 9 books,t rust me that you won't be disappointed in Forever Princess.

Do You like book Ten Out Of Ten (2009)?

I was quite dissappointed with books 2 and 5 and not entirely happy with 2 and 4 so after reading book 5 i straightaway jumped to book 10. Book ten was awesome. i really liked it. I did not think i will like it much because of the previous dissappointments but i was wrong. It was very easy for me to pick up with the events that had happened in the previous books. Although the book was great i still did not like lily's character. I think it was very wrong of her to hide so many important details about j.p. from mia. I think she's arrogant and always does what she wants without any regards to anybody.
