I really liked the Grimm Legacy book. The book is filled with adventure and I kept wanting to read it to find out what was going to happen next. Especially when the magical items were being stolen from the repository basement, I wanted to find out who was taking the items. The characters in the book are very interesting. I liked to read about the many magical items and what they were used for and also the flying scary gryphon. I would recommend this book to all my class mates. It is suspenseful and keeps you entertained. I plan on reading the book 2 and book 3 of the Grimm Legacy Series.. Honestly I was a bit confused as to which age group this book is meant for. The 'romance' element is childish and unconvincing, if it were taken out, this would make the most wonderful book for children. I really want to recommend this book to my 10 year old sister, except the relationships mentioned are a little over her head, which is a pity, because she would love the rest of the book. My verdict: Nicely written, interesting topics and storyline, but difficulties with register.
