About book The Grimoire Of The Lamb (2013)

This was a nice little read. Something to tide me over until the next Atticus book comes out. Atticus is contacted by someone who wants to buy the Grimoire of the Lamb. Atticus initially thinks it is just a book about recipes, but when the man shows up to negotiate for the book, Atticus pulls out his infamous sword, and has the man to spill his guts about his real purpose for the book. Needless to say, the man real purpose for the book is nefarious. So the man steals the book, which leads Atticus having to travel across the world to Egypt, face a god and a half (you have to read to figure out the half of a god), a demon, and crocodiles. I'm starting to like Atticus more every book I read. But I still miss some levity. I'd be cool if Atticus didn't get the crap kicked out of him for one book. At least he has both ears at the end of this one. I don't think this is the end of the evil Egyptian magician. Liked the cats and the kid especially because they address my favorite aspects of his character, he's caring even after 2100 years of life and he isn't so macho that he won't run from a fight.

Do You like book The Grimoire Of The Lamb (2013)?

Good story, but by far the bloodiest in the series thus far.
