Well it seems that this series in my opinion although showing great promise at the beginning seemed to end not with the bang I was hoping for but with a bit of a sizzle. The ending was not only highly predictable but also highly anti-climatic. The battle looming throughout the first two books came and went in what seemed like a chapter. Plus the characters which the author tried to build so carefully in the first book just feel flat. In rating of the series as a whole 7/10 however most of the points would come from the first book alone. I wish I just stopped there. Deel 3 van de test trilogie, Het examen. Cia is nog steeds op de universiteit in Tosu City en vastbesloten de waarheid betreffende De Test boven water te krijgen. Ze weet niet goed wie haar tegen - of medestanders zijn. De sfeer wordt steeds grimmiger en de strijd komt tot een hoogtepunt.Het had goed geweest als er aan het begin van het boek een korte samenvatting van boek 2, De Studie, was gegeven. Nu kostte het me de eerste 30 bladzijdes om te bedenken, wie wie ook al weer was en wat er precies gebeurde aan het einde van het boek. Toen ik alles eenmaal weer helder had, had het boek me te maken en leefde ik volop mee met Cia. Wat krijgt ze het voor haar kiezen en zal het haar allemaal lukken?Ik heb wederom genoten van deel 3 van de trilogie, Joelle Charbonneau schrijft zeer beeldend en betrokken. Ik geef het boek 4 sterren!
