About book Twitterpated (2012)

It was a cute sorry and I loved Ben. There were plenty of moments that made me smile and laugh out loud. But Jessie's obsession with her work really grated on me sometimes. I understand that work can be crazy busy, but I also know that she did in fact have some time to give up and she didn't have to spend ridiculous hours at the office (as you'll find out by the end of the book). But she still slaved away at the office and poor Ben was neglected because of her relationship phobias and her need to be better than some dude at work. I mean, really?? Ben is such a great guy! What's wrong with you Jessie?? I don't read a whole lot of LDS chick-lit anymore. I pretty much had my fill when I worked at an LDS bookstore for a few years. And let's face it, it's usually not that great. I prefer to stick with the classics. That being said, it has become a little guilty pleasure of mine to read Melanie Jacobson every once in awhile. Yes it's cliche and complete "fluff" but sometimes that's just what a girl needs to indulge in. Twitterpated is definitely her best so far. I gobbled it up in two days and it left me feeling satisfied.
