About book We Are All Weird: The Myth Of Mass And The End Of Compliance (2011)

Oh, Sethy Seth. This is interesting and all, but I never will enjoy his writing style. As a marketing person who is pinned to marketing to The Normal, where The Normal are already a self-selected subset of Weird (and we KNOW that we SO RARELY break into the real Normal or Other Weirds), reading this was like... yes, we know. We know. But I have had many occasions to say the words WE ARE ALL WEIRD in recent days, so I appreciate this addition to my lexicon. i thought this book was a fiction because it was displayed among other fiction books. But then i was wrong. it's about marketing to the weird people (it's their words) that we described as 'out of the box'. somehow it's interesting to learn about selling things to the weird people and several marketeers turn to be good at this thing. weird people (or in the world of marketing used to be said as niche market) are important too because they can give more money than the common people give. however, some parts of this book are not really interesting and kinda boring,

Do You like book We Are All Weird: The Myth Of Mass And The End Of Compliance (2011)?

This was a compelling manifesto. His words and his narration drove home his compassion.

Interesting premise but so repetitive that it was difficult to finish.

Not sure I really buy his theory.
