About book Debt (2000)

She had to fucking beg. ^^^BEST LINE OF THE WHOLE BOOK FOR MEI really can't say too much about this book with out giving anything away. What I can say is I spent this entire book wondering who I should hate more, Tax, Mia or Jude....I just could not make up my mind on how everything was going with the characters, but I did know that whatever DEBT, Tax thought Mia owed him must have been a mistake.I will admit that plots to books are fairly easy for me to see pretty quickly, but this one had me going for a bit, but I will say that I did figure out what happened in both past and what would happen in the future. I am just glad that when it all came down to it that it was well executed. There were parts that might have been hard for someone to believe would happen, but when you put it all together and get the POV of both Tax and Mia, then it all falls into place.I really enjoyed this book...like a lot! This is my first by this author and I am in love with her writing style...I will be adding more of her books to my TBR. To read before you dieI was a unsure on how to write this review. First, I will explain why I gave this book 5 stars. It was because this book brought out emotions in me. I have read books before that brought out emotions in me, but never have I read a book that has left a lasting impression. I read this book in a day last week and it has taken me a few days to get my thoughts together and no book has done that to me.What the book is about is a man is owed a great debt and he plans on collecting that debt. It's how he goes about collecting that debt that has me in shatters. It's written in dual pov's which really heightens the book. It's very graphic and in some parts disturbing and not for the faint hearted. I gave this book biased on the way its written, the emotions it made me have and plot. All were great and for that a deserving 5 *.It's a book that you shouldn't like because of what it's about and how it's done. I can't say too much as I don't want to give anything away, but, after reading it and I'm sorry to the writer, but I won't be reading it again. In my opinion it's a book you read once.I brought this based on a review by Joanna Wylde. I'm glad I read it as I like to push past my comfort zone and read things that I know will make me uncomfortable so I can broaden my horizon.Would I recommend this book? To read it once yes because I think you should read it at least once.
