About book The Case Of The Peculiar Pink Fan (2008)
Enola Holmes gets better with each book. Her affection for Sherlock, and her desire for his approval speak to my own relationship with my dad. Sherlock is the father figure she didn't know she wanted. Speaking to how small London really is, she keeps crossing paths with her brothers and often narrowly maintaining her freedom.I've got to say I'm glad I discovered this series so late in the game. This way, I don't have to wait for the next one and can enjoy all six at once. The Lady Cecily appears again in this book! I was really excited because she is totally awesome and mysterious. I liked this book because Enola encounters her brothers several times in this book, and it ad another good plot. I liked how they explained fan language in this book. The ciphers in this book didn't appear as often as they should have though. Man, I really can't wait till the fifth one. Even though didn't end on a cliff hanger, I was still very frusterating that it ended were it did. Argh!
